no heating issues, however it is near freezing out side now... I'm considering putting 2 more on the top part of the grill

and they are pushed back to the rad pretty much.. I want to move them about 4'' forward to the grill

No issues whatsoever here with heat being generated from the lights effecting anything.

That was a HUGE concern for me originally and I carefully monitored it for quite sometime during 100+ degrees during summer. I purposely drove with them on during the summer daylight hours. I had them on with both the OEM honeycomb grille as well as the OEM hi=orizontal grille.

Zero issue.

Truck was sold today [5/19]. I got an offer I couldn't turn down. I had no more need for a pickup so I cut it loose. About to purchase a '14 Jeep SRT8 this week.
