WHAT?
$215 for the pair? Those are $399 retail.

$215 is so much lower than our cost too
Good find and good buy.

I wanna do this, but for the longest time, I wanted an external 4 mount. This may be a viable, cheaper option.

You should be able too. I have two 4 inch round led lights on the bottom rail and with the bracket they fit perfectly between the grill slots. Mine are mounted to the bottom rail. If you put 4 you may have to mount 2 to the top rail. I don't think those will fit as well though. I think the top rail is closer to the grill opening which would cause your lights to be off centered and not shine through. I doubt it would work if you used 6 in round

I am having two 9 bulb led lights installed behind the grill tomorrow on my 2011. I want to wire mine into the high beams can anyone tell me which wire is the right one to tap into to trigger the relay? Thanks in advance. I will post pics after installed.

Fidgetboy, Id like to say I remember as I did this already, but the way I figured this out is I popped the headlight off and removed the dustcap behind the highs and you will be able to see the wire that goes to the high beam bulb.
Im trying to remember and I think it is the green/white wire.....BUT, pls double confirm by the method I told you and you will get it correct

going to be running to the city tomorrow nearest place for me to get stuff like this is about hour and a half away. so i need info asap. want to do this mod. so what exactly can i get behind the grill any 6 inch light from canadian tire or princess auto etc, any light will fit? they don't have to be slim lights? what size fits well 6 inch or 5 inch or 4? etc.

next question. regular halogen lights arnt to hot? would led be the better option. do led ones put out as much or more light output?

and what is better or more specifically what does what a flood pattern or the beam or whatever they were calling it.

thnks

Default Night pictures.

Here a couple of night time pictures. You can definately see the difference between the two photos. I need to get out on the road and set them up properly.
