If you are referring to the 3rd pic with the bay window, that's not paneling, that is actual tongue and groove bead boards. That will all be staying for now unless I decide to change décor... That will actually be a mud-room since it is the main entry to the house from the rear. There is no parking/access to front of house, parking is in the rear, so entry into a ceramic floored area, put shoes in a built in cubby or wet clothes in a basket...ect.... Thought of installing the washer/dryer there as well??? but for now, the hookup is in the basement.

GOD!!!! I am hurting so damn bad, cant hardly move anymore, think its the rain along with temperature changes, been cold now hot and humid today...sucks !
Had a good friend come and help fix the roof rafters where the previous owner has cut them...a total F'n idiot lived here at one time, no support added, nothing. So we tied into the rafters on either sides with a new 2x6 to add support to the rafter that was cut off. Got some greenboard up and still more to do, just the compound angles are throwing me off, but its getting there.

Mostly myself, I hire kids to do tear out/hauling/moving... some of my buddies come over time to time to do the heavy stuff for me... sucks because I used to be able to do a whole house in a matter of weeks but it has been a year already and still not done.

HVAC system is going in this weekend finally.

Sorry if I mis-understood. The HVAC is being put in by 2 guys that do this for a living, just doing it as a side job for me. They are a neighbor of my buddy so they are doing it cheaper than any company I got bids from and they are doing more than the companies that bid it. Most companies were only going to run supply lines to each rooms and a return on the main level (not good) These guys are running a supply and return to each room and adding extra vents so if I need heat in the basement I can adjust as needed. It is a very high efficiency 3TON unit ( on a scale from 10 to 27 it is listed at 13) all ducts are insulated, fabricating on site. I am happy with the progress so far, should be finished tonight as they started yesterday.

HVAC is complete, 17 registers total in a 3 bed house...lol
Electric furnaces aren't like gas, they don't get as hot but they really warm the house up fast to my amazement. They did about double what most companies were saying they would do, yet I saved over $4000 !

I had to get in the crawlspace, with all the new ducts I only had about 12" of space to maneuver in so I had to dive in head first and back back out, then crawl out head first as well 6' from the floor and using a step ladder wasn't easy, thought I was going to have to call 911 to drag my ass out....lol But I had to bite the bullet as I forgot to run my 6/3 for the new electric range.
