Default More Overheating Problems

so the past week my truck has not overheated until today i went to the store and it was fine and then on the way back if i went fast than 5 mph it would start to over heat and so i pulled over and went to put coolant into it and it was almost overflowing and ive changed the thermostat about a month ago and im not sure whats wrong with it now and the hose that goes from the radiator down to the engine is so hot it that i cant even grab it could that hose be clogged or should i just buy a new radiator to see if that helps or if theres anything else i could try first please let me know any advise would deffinatly help

A clogged radiator is a possibility but so is a defective water pump or improperly installed thermostat.

mine did the same thin g about 6 months ago i put in a new radiator and thermostat after the old thermostat seized and caused the engine to overheat which in turn caused the crappy plastic reseviors on the radiator to pop. so got a new griffin radiator new hoses and new thermostat, 2 weeks later got hot again, checked the flow it was fine but restricted, pulled the thermostat and left it out and poof no more running hot. As i live in houston this is not an issue because its hot hear most of the year. Not sure if this helps but hey it worked for me.

I'd suggest running without a thermostat. I've done it to two vehicles and they ran like a champ afterwards.
