Default Throttle Body Spacer????

I was wondering who has installed a throttle body spacer on there truck, and what (if any) kinde of improvements have occured. Im trying to get an idea, because some say thay actually work and some say its a scam. i understand the concept, but was looking for more of a review from someone who had a 5.7L ram 1500.....thank you

a spacer under a carburetor allowed the spray from the jets to fan out more into a mist
with fuel injection it doesn't do anything, except make some noise

so no actual gain? the most reacuring reply to this question is that you see the gain in low end Tq. Have you tried this?

Without starting a discussion, don't bother with grounding your TB either. Grounding the TB falls into the same category as the spacer and "tornado". or cyclone, cyclopse or whatever that electric supercharger thingy is. Oh and those $69 "chips" wont give you 3-5mpg increase and up to 80hp.....or whatever they claim.

The ShamWow works better than TB spacers....a lot better.

As far as best bang for your buck I would suggest using that throttle body spacer $$ and putting it towards a tuner. I see you created another thread looking into tuners and honestly I would go that route instead of a spacer.
