I'd skip 'em...if money is an issue, I'd rather buy a good set of Strobes than LED's. Yes, it's almost double the price, but the quality is so much better and you get the reliability of a product designed for public safety use.

I would stay away from the. Check strobesnmore website. They have a kit that includes everything for I think 200 we used them on our pickups at work. It looks and feels like the whelen but half price and great customer service. They have help my many times with stupid questions.

I would also look at www.cpsauthority.com. I had a friend buy a whole set up from here for a decent price. Or try Sirennet.com
