Default Looking For Some More Power

What's up guys, so I've began to notice after three (almost four) years of driving my truck, and almost a year into having my lift, that my Ram doesn't really "deliver" the joy I used to get out of it. It just seems kinda.... sluggish... now.

I'm looking into possibly doing a header-back exhaust mod for my Ram, and possibly also a chip. I've been looking at the dual tip exhaust from Magnaflow, anyone else have one as well, and if so, is it worth the buy. Anything and everything helps, thanks!

I got a diablo intune just to get rid of the mds and it was a difference in power from stock even using the base 87 tune and the 93 was better but I don't like having to put premium gas in everything I own. Also you can have a custom tune written for the intune if you want to do headers and get rid of the cats. having only a weld on magnaflow I don't know how much difference they catback makes on a ram. I know on my lsq trans am the headers, y pipe and catback with custom hp tune made a big difference so I would imagine it would.be the same with the 5.7 hemi since the stock exhaust is usually restrictive.

Having added CAI, Superchips and 18" Magnaflow exhaust within the last 3 months, I can say that the muffler change has shown the biggest improvement.

I had the flowmaster 40 and just swapped to the magnaflow cat back.. And to be honest I feel that I lost P doing so!

When i hit the gas with the FM my truck would burn rubber and be off..

Now with the magnaflow it takes a couple seconds and takes off.. :\

Trade it for a 2013 Hemi... it's up 5 hp from the 2009-12 ones.

I would suggest a Tuner! I am a firm believer in the tuners that are out there, simple to use and if you purchase the Trinity, you can keep it with you for your future cars as well (one part number for all vehicles).

I would suggest swapping out the factory Y-pipe and doing a cat back Magnaflow kit. The flow on the stock exhaust is good, minus the Y-pipe. I have seen claims of adding 8 rwhp with just a Y-pipe swap. But a tuner would definitely help big time.
