a 265x70r17 or 265x70r18 would look nice on a 8x165.1 lug pattern would work out nicely
there are many many tires available in this size and some very aggressive looking tires also. One that comes to mind that rides nice is the nitto terra grappler very good AT highway tire, and then there is always the toyo open country, i am personally real familiar with the 2500's so i do not no how big you can go at stock height. However the 265x70r17 is the recommended tire size at stock height
I remember reading somewhere that a member put 35's on the stock wheels and they rubbed a little, so i would not recommend anything bigger than a 33
