Default More troubles

The exhaust is done, but I havent had time to go pick it up.the tire guy called and said the pitbull rockers are on back order. He said he is going to exhaust every resource he can think of to find them. If it's gonna take too Long I'm gonna switch to the nitto mud grapplers. I like the grapplers but don't really want to run them every lifted truck in Indiana has them on it. I want the rockers never seen a set on a truck around me. Ive been eyeballing the TGC long arm upgrade kit but I don't know I've spent enough on this truck this year

Here is the picture of the truck with the wheels and tires on it there will be no exhaust video. It sounds pretty good at idle but still has the v6 fart pipe rasp to it when you rack it off. The exhaust looks good though did the muscle car dump straight out the back on each side of the hitch. The other bad news is the engine has developed a tick im thinking its a lifter not properly pumping up. I can't decide if im going to tear it down or just let it run it's coarse. The v10 is cool but parts are getting scarce. I may have to give in and do a cummins conversion or maybe build a healthy carbed 360.

man that a bummer. it's always nice to see someone trying to build something different...

BTW, that last picture... absolutely beautiful. thats a solid, beautiful 2g ram. Im fond of the 2g, and I've seen a handful that I liked more than my old one, and yours definitely is at the top end of that list. good luck with whatever option or route you take.

reps for the truck though bud!

Thanks, for the compliments on the truck. The trust is in pretty good shape no rust anywhere. That's why I am for sure keeping it and moving forward. I do like the v10 neat piece of machinery and it's different. I may not be done with the v10. I am just pretty angry with myself and and discouraged. If I can confirm it's a lifter i may rip the intake and valve covers off and swap them out. My only problem with the v10 is parts are getting pretty scarce. I dont know how much money I want to dump into it and down the road it be a sitting duck. I've been looking into the cummins conversion it would be really simple but good lody gonna be an expensive adventure. We will see what comes of everything. If I end up going the cummins route im gonna have a lot of goodies coming up for sale for the v10 let somebody have a good time building their v10.
