Default A little torsion crank

Its been driving me nuts how my 04 was sitting so un-level, about 3in from back to front, as you can see in the first pic. I really wanted the 5100's but after being a noob and doing a little research quickly realized they werent offered for my year. So when I was already under the truck replacing the O2 sensors I decided to tighten down the ol torsion bolts to level it out a little.
10min and about 2.5in later I think it looks way better, especially for the price of FREE!

Looks great! I did that to my 03, just make sure you get an alignment. Mine was off a lot after I did my torsion bar crank

How big of tires are putting under there with just the torsion adjustment? Im still wondering if the clearance I gained is the same as I would with a leveling kit and now be able to fit 35's?

Yes, you should be able to fit 35s fine.

it's cause the higher up you go, the greater the distance between between the steering rack and the steering knuckle, but tie rod length stays the same, so the wheels angle in to compensate. This is why an alignment is essential after a level.
