Default interior wheel well

One of my buddies pointed out the fact that his bed keeps rusting out due to the holes on the inside of his wheel wells. He was telling me how they keep filling with water, mud, dirt and everything else that is bad. Anyone know of any good plastics to cover and seal these holes? Or anyone that has done a cheaper trick such as caulking or something that is just as effective?

You can buy wheel well liners from dodge. They will help alot with this problem and they're not much money. I don't remember the year but dodge starting putting them in on the assembly line and that problem pretty much went away.
Hope this helps.
