Clay bar and wax. Nothing thrilling. Doing the interior next. I did replace the factory carpet mats with the ram slush mats. Got a deal on ebay. Much better to hose them after a day off road or rain than dealing with all the dust and mud the carpeted ones picked up. I wanted weather tech but at less than half the price I figured what the hell they'll do for now.

Wife asked what I wanted to do for my birthday, so I worked on my truck, I installed the new front axle actuator, changed transfer case oil, changed rear diff fluid, and just tinkered underneath the truck for a bit.

Did a nice smokey burnout too!

Sounds like a most excellent, relaxing birthday.

Wash and waxed the rig, and did my wife jeep while I was at it (lets me get away with playing with my truck all day)

I fixed a dent in my bedside and painted it this morning. Its going to take longer to put it back together than it did to spray it. color matched up well.

Wash, Clay, wax, and pulled a back muscle in the process. I might be in pain, but the truck looks good!

Installed AMP Research Bed Step! Great product, high quality and very functional, overall very pleased with it and IMHO a must have accessory!

I also installed an AMP Research Bed Step today. Seems solid enough and an easy install. I have to admit though, I was really turned off by the bold printing on the side of the box that said, "ATTENTION RESELLERS Suggested Minimum Pricing Policy AMP Research has implemented a 'Suggested Minimum Price Policy' that applies to all AMP Research products" Explains why I could not use sales coupons on any site as this product line was exempt. It seems wrong to have policies like this but why in the world would you advertise it on the retail packaging of your product to the consumer? Thats just rubbing it in. I actually considered returning it but I didnt. Its a bad taste though that sticks with me about AMP. If it wasnt so prominent on the package I probably wouldn't have taken it so poorly.
