Thanks for the info. I'll look into that. It might be a bit before I get around to messing with it. I've had the front end apart three times already messing around with it and I don't feel like doing it again anytime soon.

Freaking Dodge and their, let's build the front end around the headlights.

Only had my truck a few weeks so getting started with basic cost-effective car-care stuff that's easily justifiable for the wifey. Did WeatherTech front and rear mud guards a couple days ago and added WeatherTech front and rear rain guards today. Very happy I joined this forum the evening I bought her and read all the compliments on WeatherTech stuff. They look great and are made very well.

I have their mudflaps and they are a real nice addition. Weather Tech makes some nice stuff. You should see there outlet store here by Me in Bolingbrook. like like they spent a million+ on it.

Installed Mopar front tow hooks. Only took about 90 minutes. Most of that time was spent cutting out holes in the black fascia piece in the front bumper. Found the hooks on ebay for 135 shipped. I can't understand why they don't put these on a 4x4 truck as standard!

Anyway, here's some pics in case anyone is looking into installing front tow hooks. The first pic has the hooks reversed, the opening goes toward the center of the truck.

Thanks for the info. I have only had the truck a week, so I will wait a while to see if I have any other issues before heading back to the dealer.

I had a Line-X spray on bedliner applied today. It seems to be much heavier then the one that I saw from the factory. Looks great on my Ram 1500 Big Horn with the Cargo Box System. I have had the truck just under a week and have done the bedliner, added Bushwacker Fender Flares, and the AVS window vent covers. I ordered evrything to apply the Opti Coat 2.0 today. After I apply the Opti Coat I'll be done for a while!

Default Magnaflow

Just had the 18" Magnaflow muffler installed. Left the resonator in place for now, may remove it later. Notice a difference in sound and acceleration.
