A woman backed into my ram two weeks ago. Just got the insurance money, so I bought a new radiator, trany mount, rear bumper, side mirrors, AC clutch repair kit and a pair of tail lights. Also put on true three inch pipe from the cat out the back with a Flowmaster Super 40. Busy day. And all thanks to a crumpled bed corner I beat straight in less than two hours! Awesome! Best part is, I spent less than half the dough so far!

Yeah, I did end up taking them off later in the evening. Wasn't growing on me. It looks really sharp on the Challenger but I think the lines aren't sharp enough of a drop-off for it to look good on the Ram.

The Challenger is darn near a 90 degree angle where the Hemi badges are placed on the hood.

I sacrificed my hood spears in the deal but those are cheap enough and a piece of cake to install.

Thanks all for the input.

Default morning pain in the buns

Put on a pcv valve, tune-up with ngk-r spark plugs, map sensor and cleaned throttle body. Hope itquits the idle prob when I replace electronic throttle body with built in pts sensor iac valve. Should for $429.

However, my Rigid Industries LEDs came in this week and will be going on here shortly as well as my stubby antenna.

After 2 months sitting i decided to stretch her legs and drive her to the office.
Going back to RWD, man talk about readjusting my pedal responsevs getting use to the AWD of my Jeep. The Pumpkin rear end was fishing all over the place until i got use to it again. Since i am in the city i will detail her up after work and enjoy the drive home.

i installed some new square backup lights. they work a lot better. new 55w square light vs old 100w round light.

new lights 55w vs 100w light bulbs. just hope the one does not melt being so close to the tailpipe.

its been a while since I've done anything to my truck. well here we go, I found a used drivers door and front fender. the door was rotted at the bottom and the guy who owned it before me had hit something put a nice dent in the front fender and door.
I also had to replace the rocker on the passage side.
I had bought a parts truck and it had a cat back exhaust on it, so just finished up on putting on sounds really good. So now the rest of the body work starts. Not too much to do get it done and paint soon

Can't find a blank shield for the front grille badge that fits the 2013 to be able to make what I want to make. (AMI part #40402 says it fits but it doesn't. The new badges are dog-eared at the top)

In the interim, I hit my front badge with 4 coats of VHT night shades and 3 coats of clear. I like it and may end up just ditching my plans for the custom badge I was making. The night shades black the whole thing out but still leave it looking metallic where it was previously chrome.

Hard to tell from the pic, but if your badge is now a black-chrome look, thats badass and will look amazing on your truck.
