I use my truck for work- and I am a little annoyed that none of the 12v plugs are always hot. So I built this little power center that is connected straight to the battery. I have an aluminum cage between the front and rear seats, and this is mounted to it with velcro. It sits right behind the center console.

I also added four lights under the rear bumper. Two facing rear and two for the sides. These are on a Pilot 4 channel remote switch that gets power from the 7 pin trailer plug.

Sun was shining, barely a cloud in sight, so I washed and dried my truck.
Got home and wiped away the few remaining water spots and went inside.
Came back out to grab something in the truck and it starts raining...

Feels great!

Also installed cabin air filter.

Debadged the 1500. didn't want to remove the RAM or any other badging but thinks it looks better without the 1500 under the RAM.

Cabin Air Filter - door for it did not fit as tight as I would like so I backed it up with duct tape to ensure I don't get a rattle or it fall off or a whistle.

Installed molded Mopar mudflaps and ordered some Weathertech Digitalfit floor liners (front and back).

I have to say that I was a little surprised with that as well, but not the end of the world for me.

I do like the device that you came up with though. Very cool.
