Default Header Y-Pipe

Hi. Will the Y-Pipe hook up to existing muffler for now. Just received my headers and will be installing on the weekend. Also will I have to re-tune as I have truck tuned for the performance tune with the Predator. The truck is a 08 Ram 1500, Airaid CAI, and a Airraid throttle body spacer.

The stock pipe needed to be cut and that is all. The stock exhaust is 3" the same as the y-pipe. Took us 5.5 hrs to install

The Y-pipe splices into the existing 3”mid-pipe immediately after the
transmission crossmember. You have to mark and cut the pipe forward of the hanger and slip it inside our Y-pipe and clamp it with the supplied Accuseal clamp. If you need more information please PM me a phone number and we’ll call you.
Or you can call our TECH LINE at 631-608-1986
The hours are: Mon thru Fri 8:30 to 7:00
Sat 9:00 to 5:00
Sun 11:00 to 2:00
Thanks.

Bob
