Default RCX lift leveling?

I am curious if the 6" RCX lift levels a 1500 ram or is this why everyone is running bilstein 1500 shocks?

It is my understanding that they reduce the rake somewhat, but it will not be completely level. This is from what I have read here.

Someone will chime in with more exact info.

no kit will make your truck exactly perfectly level, the reason most run bilstiens is to get as close to possible to level or add a bit more to that 6" lift, i myself have my adjustable's maxed out on my 6" lift, i think fastNugly has his set at 2.1 which is a very popular setting among members here, some have them set to 0, but over and above everything else regardless of the different reasons people use them it makes the ride alot better than the factory shock

let me know if you interested in a pair i have them on sale right now, i also have procomp zx-2014's on sale too these are a little cheaper, but not because the quality is less it is because it only has 2 setting 0 and 2.75(more commonly known as 2.8)

So is it worth it to install the shocks if it makes a big difference with the ride. I mean if i am to get a lift installed they will have everything apart already so if this is a good idea or not even if i just want it leveled and not raised higher i should consider it?

absolutely i would upgrade the rear shocks also the ride quality is amazing i am personally running the pro-comp pro runner series shocks adjustable's in the front and regular pro runners in the back and the ride quality over stock is just as good with my adjustable's maxed out maybe even a little better, at minimum upgrade the front shocks check this thread out in my vendor forum her on the forumz, best pricing available that i know of, if you find better pricing let me know ill see what i could do for you

http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=124772

If you decide you want to run different shocks let me know i stock about 60 different shocks for 3rd gen and 4th gen trucks so chances are i have them and i can get you great pricing and always free shipping anywhere in the lower 48 states

We do ship to Canada you would be required to pay the USPS rate to your location generally $40-$80 depending on the size of the box, plus whatever customs fees are. ask Andrew aka fastNugly he is very familiar with shipping to canada as he lives there he would know better than I do
