Default Car Wash

OK so check this out.....I take the truck to the car wash today....Nothing fancy just a pressure water wash to avoid swirl marks from the brushes....Truck looks great...nice and clean....I go to lock my truck and my horn now sounds like a low pitched yugo horn.....WHAT HAPENED? Did water get in the horn and it just needs to dry out? Its been like 4 hours since the wash and the horn still sounds like a yugo. It is cold here in the 30 range....Any ideas?

Don't take it to the dealer. Just pour some hot water on the horn.
