Question overheating after 45 minutes no heat after 30

I have a 2004 ram 1500 4 door it runs great heats up as normal heat and defrost work correctly for 30 min then the heat blows cool and the truck overheats. I acn go to work 12 milkes away set all day and come back home but if I go any further or run the truck 40 minutes it overheats. I have flushed the system every way I know how replaced all radiater hoses flushed the heater core from both directions and replaced the thermostat twice and then learned how to check it it is opening correctly.

I can run 30 minutes at a time for a month just can not run over that has anyone else ever had this problem Truck has 110k miles on it

Sounds like air trapped in the cooling system to me. The 4.7 is notorious for doing this and causing the symptoms you describe. To get the air out, remove the bleeder in the water outlet and top off the coolant at the filler neck.

If you can't get the bleeder open (mine was rusted shut and I didn't want to break it) you can take the upper radiator hose off and fill it from there to keep the air out
