Default Another 5.9l engine swap..just a few ???'s

So I wrecked my 96 Indy 500 Ram and recently bought another 96 ext cab with a 5.2l that seems to be tired as h*ll and since I have a whole nother truck to use as parts I may as well swap things outs. My plan is to pull the 5.9 and trans/ ecm/ wire harness for motor from the Indy as one and do the same in the ext cab with the 5.2l just to simplify things. I've grew up building Abody BB Mopars so I dont think this is gonna be all that hard but it is my first electrical engine pull. Is it really gonna be as easy as I am thinkin its gonna be or is there some things I should look out for? Only thing Im really concerned about is the driveshaft matching up because of it being a one piece in the Indy going to a 2 piece in the ext cab, and/or breaking wires/ forgetting where things plug back into. Any help could be useful. I hope this goes as simple as a yank, drop, hook it all back up.

given your experience, you should be fine. Just take a few notes along the way to help you with routing the wiring and tag any connectors with masking tape and a marker if you're worried about remembering where they go. These plugs are "idiot-proof" so this shouldn't be a big deal.
