Hey man! We were twins at one point....LOL
6" lift on 37's will work just fine. You will lose some of your 'getup' from stop to go but once she is moving, the truck still goes.
I changed my gears because I wanted the power still.

Many, many members here and on other boards are still running their 3.55 and 37's without issue.

Many of them have a tuner (which I recommend for you ) and this offsets some of the stop/start power loss.

6" lift only will not fit 38's
you can fit 37's comfortably, even 35's look fine on a 6" lift only

Hey fast how hard is it to adjust the shocks and install the rear coil spacers? Tomorrow and Thursday is the only time I could get the work done and my rear spacers aren't here yet so I figured I could just install them myself.

You can certainly get a tuner man!
You got an '11
Diablo just released it 2 weeks ago for the 11's and there is a thread on it on this forum.
Get on that.....All are speaking highly of it.

But I love my lifted truck. I did lower it recently. I had an 11" lift 3 weeks ago, but it was too high and big for the city
Im now down to a 7.5" lift. Its still a big truck

Rear coils are easy and something you can do on your driveway.
So set your Bilsteins now the way you want it and drive nose high for now till they come in.
The Bilsteins are harder to adjust and you will need an alignment again if you decide to adjust them when you get your spacers in.

Other than that, you simply got to disengage your rear sway bars and drop the rear and it will loosen the coil for your to remove, put the coil spacer on and reinstall.

I have DIY from another member on another ram forum, but I wont be able to post it here without it being deleted.

Just google DIY rear coil spacer install on Dodge Ram 1500 and it should pop up.
