Ya before I ordered mine I went to a local tire shop to compare 37 to 38 and It only took probably 10 seconds to decide

i guess its only a half inch of extra height you will gain, did they look much bigger? i was just afraid of doing damage to the truck seein how it is only a half ton

you told me to grab the 38's too which i am regretting not doing, however once i get the new bumper and body lift done in the spring i am going to rework the front end a bit i think as far as axles and joints and things go and try and make 40's work without breaking stuff should be interesting but not until i get my rear window project done, finally gone home from being on the road with work and thought id have time to do it and unfortunatly my stack of parts are still in my living room lol drives my lady friends crazy

i agree with you if i upgraded the front end i would go upto a 40 but until then 37/38 is still pushing the limits lol.

agreed, that is why i run 37's they push it pretty good a few members have broke a couple things up front with 37's this is more rare than anything however with 40's probably almost guaranteed thing to do, not to hi jack the thread or anything but does anyone have any ideas of what would need to be upgraded on the front drive train to support 40's?
