Default How to enable NAV while driving

Does anyone know how to allow all NAV inputs while the vehicle is in motion? I assume there is a VSS to the NAV unit but I'm thinking someone has figured this out already. Subject vehicle is a 2012, 1500.

^^^ X2 I have the lockpick, I don't have NAV but I do have an RBZ MyGig and I can view front/rear cams and have DVDs playing while in motion.

X3 on the lockpick. It will also allow you to add the rearview camera without dealer enable.

Always keep in mind what potential affect those type of mod's can have on the factory warranty.
