Default Squeaking and Creaking in Front Suspension

I have a 2006 Hemi Ram QC 4x4. I recently had the lower ball joints replaced but then I noticed a creaking sound in the front end. I have had someone bounce the truck up and down while it it parked and the sound seems to be coming from the top of the shock/strut, coil spring. It only seems to creak as the supension unloads and not when it is compressing. The slower you push down on it, the louder the noise is. When you bounce it fast, it still squeaks but isn't as noticeable.

Nothing seems to be drastically wrong, it is just annoying as heck and I would like to fix it. I am assuming that there is nothing else worn on the suspension because I had the truck inspected at the same time the ball joints were replaced. If anything was amiss, they would have caught it.

Thanks for any input.

I have an '06 1500 with the same issue. My mechanic buddy said its the upper control arm bushings. Said it's easiest to replace them when replacing the ball joints because you can remove the entire assembly to get to the bushings. I'm just waiting for my ball joints to arrive.
