I've wondered the same thing.. But who knows how they switched it up.. I know when I put 06 silverado tails on my 05 Sierra the wiring had to be redone.... even though the trucks were the exact same...

if you had 4 wheel drive, integrated brake controller, & 1 or 2 other things

they could call it a cockpit instead of an instrument panel

I still am not sure what I think of the new HID headlight look. Sometimes at a glance looks a bit Euro. Either way the new 13s are sweet
