Why is your truck saging? Is it because you have a load in the bed or are the springs worn out?
If it's to level the load then yes they help out greatly. I have used them on several vehicles in the past and they are on my list for my current truck. They will add stability while towing/hauling and keep the truck level so your headlights are aimed properly (they arn't very helpfull if they are aimed up at the sky when you are driving at night).

I have the Air Lift brand bags I bought from suspension connection.com for less than $100. I read reviews on both air lift and Firestone bags and these seemed like the better choice. Easy install and they work awesome. I pull a 26' cabin cruiser boat and a 20x8.5 enclosed car hauler with no sag at all. Here is a pic with the car trailer. My truck also has a 6" pro comp lift. Good luck.

chad, because you got a lift, the airlift will keep the coils that is compressed from sagging.
but the coils that the airbag doesn't reach will sag, but it is few coils.
Given you will have a 1.75" rear coil spacer and if you sag another 1/4" with the airbags in, you will still sit level.

And, yes....the airlift 1000 does work on a lifted truck

Install was very easy. I dropped the spare tire to make more room to work and ran the filler valve stem right next to the hitch. There are 2 holes already drilled on my factory receiver hitch so I just used that. I run about 5lbs in them when not towing/hauling and pump them up to 30lbs when towing.

**tip, I stuck my hi-lift jack in the receiver hitch and jacked up the suspension so the coils were stretched all the way to make it easier to put the bags in the coils.
