Yes, the Rancho Quicklift is a good coilover shock. They would be my next choice after Bilstiens.

I would run those in a heartbeat.....but as everyone stated, I too have Bilstiens.
I think that too has the wireless adjustability.....which is pretty neat.

Discount Auto Performance
A bit more pricier than Bilsteins, but it comes complete.
Remove the stock assembly and put this one in.
Saves the cost of a shock compressor or work from a shop because of this and can be a DIY for those mechanically savvy
