Default 2004 ram quad: front/rear carpet removal?

Like to peel up the carpet to address the corrosion on the floorboards. Are there screws holding the sill plates down or do these just snap in place? Just need to get the outer edges unsecured so I can coat the floorboards and install some new plugs.

They just snap in, however I believe that the kick pannel is part of the sill plate as well

The kick panel in the front is part of the sill. The trim under the seat belt can be removed without taking the seatbelt but its a pain in the d***. It's easier just to use a T50 and take the seatbelt off then you can pull the plastics and be done with it. Good luck!
