I haven't found an option in the head unit to activate DRL's.

I did however get my recall notice asking me to go to the dealer and they would activate them for me but I don't want them activated...so I haven't gone in (and won't).

...if pulled over (usually only within GTA) I have recall notice with me in the rig.

Ya I re-checked mine too, no option. My minimaxx in my cummins had the option to put them on, must have gotten the two confused

Just curious-- Why would you not want them working?

Most dealerships don't have a clue what they're doing with the new vehicles. I had a SRT 4 Caliber, and for about 2 years they had no clue about a single thing on it.

Most of them North of Toronto. Finally found a tech that actually had an SRT 4 neon so he really knew his stuff. But now I'm a truck guy! Never thought I would be, but I love it!

I think that would only get you by for so long. After a while I think the opinion would be you've had ample time to take care of the issue.

No offence but breaking the law because you think it doesn't look good seems a bit ridiculous.

I agree! No offence taken at all...it's also illegal to have tinted license plate covers but I have them on cause they look good.
At the end of the day, all it does really take is a quarter turn the knob and the lights are on.

I think DRL's on motorcycles and other vehicles increase safety, which I see as a good thing.
I like the looks of my truck with the lights on.
