Default Question about Lifting

I do all the mechanics on my racebike so i think im pretty good ... but do you guys think a intermediate mechanics like me could install a 6 inch lifting kit?

Im just trying to figure out how much it will cost me...

Also if you could tell me the best lift kit..

And i have a question bout the joint... if you lift the truck so high, will it make it break faster? any solution to it?
