New springs being fed exed. Will be here later this week. I don't suppose they are sending a tech to install them for me....?
Thats BS!
I think they just gave it to you knowing.....thats my honest opinion.
But glad they are rectifying the situation.

I agree. It sucks. I'll see if they are willing to put them in. And they sold me air lift air bags that I specifically said need to work in this setup. They are 4-5" too short. So the truck has to sag at least 4" before it hits the bag. Unless they expand that much. But I doubt it. Never had air bags before.

Yes I bought the air lift bags. I can't see how they could work.

They work cause they compress outwards into the coil to prevent it from compressing.
Now what ever is not covered by the air bags will compress and it will sag a bit, but not as much without it.
Give your truck a bit of rake. 1" or so and add the bags, and when you load heavy things or tow heavy, you will more than likely level out

So fabtech sent new springs. I had the vendor install them. The truck still sags 1". Another words I only got 3" of lift. Looks stupid. I called fabtech. They said check it with the truck empty. Truck only has about 200lbs of stuff on it. I mean at this rate if I fill the tank it will sag. Still seems to me like the springs are too short and too soft. Is this normal?

The Fabtech lift gives 5" up front and 3" in the rear....I posted that info '10 spring/summer in a detailed thread of every lift companies specs on their lifts

Kinda like bds and zone giving 4.5" front and a 3" rear option....then supplying a leveling kit 3/8" preload spacer wit the kit haha. Not even sure if its 3/8s, could be smaller

Many lift kits give you the option of 3" and 5" lift of rear coil.
Sounds to me like you got the 3".

Worst case you can always call Rough Country up and order their 5" rear coil and install it.
It will work, providing the shock they provided you allows for the additional travel.
I check their site (fabtech) and its hard to say whats included.....

Fack! you wrote this as I was typing.

But OP, there is your answer.
Call another vendor and grab their rear coil. I think RCX has em for $100. But you will get the lift you want. BDS or Zone is another option
