Default Weird clicking noise?

Hello everyone just made an account to see what you guys would think. So I have a brand new 2012 Dodge ram 1500 only 4000km on it and last week it got hit on rear driver side door and is now making a weird and annoying clicking noise when I drive. I dont know if this was caused from the accident or If its from the cold weather? I live in canada and it is starting to get really cold and it seems the colder the truck is the more annoying it gets? Also I cant seem to find anyone else with a similar issue and it is in the front end it sounds like and more so on the passenger side by the tire?

Thanks.

The clicking noise is not normal. Being a 2012 this should either be warranty or part of the accident repair.

Yea Its going in next week to get looked at and an estimate but the thing is the accident is only a few scratches and dents. Dont know how itd effect the front end or where ever the clicking noise is coming from

That is where the warranty/body shop comes in. The techs are trained to sort this stuff out so we don't have to take a multi-year technical course to own a vehicle. We have the luxury of driving it and leaving the strange noise problems to them.....at least for a few years.

Contact your dealer and show them the problem. Let them advise you on whether or not it's of immediate concern or even part of the accident. If it is not, they should take care of it before it goes to the body shop.
