Default Help with mud flaps - I'm new sorry if this is wrong place to post lol

First off there is probably info in here on this somewhere but I'm new on here and can't find what I need lol-

So I have a 2013 ram Laramie with air suspension

I bought a set of just plain rubber mud flaps with chrome ram symbols on the bottom I'm not sure on placement there the type that have to be screwed right in so I don't wanna mess it up lol. Does anyone else have these and if u do could I get some pics of where u put the screws? My truck have the stock fender flares on it.

Thanks for the help and I promise I'm gonna figure out search functions and where to properly post soon lol

There just plain rubber ones- looks like they just screw into the fender flares and inner fender but not sure if I can just screw them into the inner fender or if I needs something behind it?

There just plain rubber with a chrome ram symbol

Errr... If you don't mind me saying but I think you should trash those and pick up the mopar ones that have the Ram symbol. I honestly don't love the idea of drilling into a brand new truck. The mopar ones or even mud flaps like husky from 09-12 that are direct bolt should fit no problem.

I am running husky right now. Yes they are plain but who cares...they are to protect the lower paint to some degree. I just put lights in mine to "spice" it up.

I have weather tech mud flaps, use existing holes, absolutely no drilling required. I would not drill my new truck, no way no how!

I also have the Weathertech mud flaps and I really like them. Can't you drill holes in your mud flaps to match the OEM holes in the wheel wells?

I think you should use what you already bought since u like the look of them and drilling shouldnt be too much of a problem as long after you drill u do some rustproofing afterwards.
