Default P0430 Code and Data Captured Cat or o2

I have gotten this code for my cat and I was able to catch some data at the time the code was set. I am just needing a second or third opinion that It may be my cat or just a o2 sensor out of range. I just want to make sure Im not being upsold a Catalytic converter that may or may not be the problem, if it is a o2 what ranges should I be seeing and are acceptable
