I too was up in the air about it.
Actually had it for about a month before installing it and sold it because I wanted to up to the 87mm for future mods that I will be doing.
The 85mm for the most part will suffice for many

Great feedback from another member
I dont know if this was in my head as mentioned earlier, but once I reverted back to stock (waiting on my 87mm), it did feel the 'sluggishness' of the stock TB

Is there going to be a big difference between the 85mm and 87mm. All I have is Volant cai, Flowmaster, 180stat, Trinity(HemiFever tuned). I was thinking of going with the 85mm but after reading what fastNugly said I would rather get the right one the first time. I have never done a throttle body change so I really don't know what to expect. Also is this something I would have to remove to bring the truck in for warranty work or does it look like the factory throttle body.

Thats what I did. I bought the wrong one. Well the 85mm is not wrong by any means. Just for what I want, it was wrong for me.
The average person it will be more than enough.

brc51m, dont go by my feedback as I have not received it yet.

I grabbed a Moe's 87mm TB. Google it, and it should take you to a link that a rcsb ram swapped from an 85MM fastman to the 87mm Moe's TB and his feedback is pretty darn descriptive.

based on your mods so far (which is a few ahead of me (180 tstat and trinity), but Ill get there. I worked on appearance first...lol) you will and should notice a difference.

As for another member running similar mods to yours and a few more has good feedback. username is TheBlackHemi

His link is found HERE

he too has the 87mm TB.
