Doing anything to alter the front end warrants an alignment. Better to pay the $79 bucks and have it done than roll with it and wear down your tires in 20k miles.

If you have a firestone near you they have a free alignment check.

Did you install an adjustable track bar as well? I had to when I leveled my 2012 2500 4x4.

Can you explain
Firestone complete auto care is where I take my truck to get an alignment done because they have a $179.99 lifetime alignment service.

However if you don't know if your truck need an alignment but just want to check and see, they will do an alignment check free. Then if it needs it you can get it done or go somewhere else.

I waited about 8 months before getting mine aligned. Was causing my front tires to wear very quickly.

I recommend an alignment asap!
