Default catch can,bypass,filter????

after sean at hemifever tuned my truck he said i will want to look into a catch can. i have noticed on the forums everyone is saying the 07 hemi has a internal pcv. so how do i go about doing this? my idea was just to take the hose coming off the oil fill and put a small breather on it, wile caping the inlet on my cai. will this idea work? if not what should i do. Also at 21k when i pulled the stock intake to install my cai my throttle body was a clean as could be.

yep the suggestion of adding a breather filter to the crankcase hose is the option to do.

I'm not real familiar with that pcv system on that engine, but that doesn't sound like it's the pcv valve. I have also always heard the pcv is internal on 3rd gen hemi's. Which makes me wonder how you change the valve...

Get a good K&N breather not the little ones I see most of the time and plug the CAI. Check and clean your PCV valve every other oil change also. Good luck.
