Default 1992 front end shake

Had the 92 3/4 ton 4x4 into many front end shops over the past year for severe shaking in the front end while driving down the road. All front end steering components were replaced. They checked the steering box mounted on the frame and noticed the frame was cracked by the constant shaking- it was that bad and could not hold the truck on the road. Frame was welded and a new steering box put on. The shaking continued. With every front end component replaced and many thousands spent it was decided to scrap the truck. Truck has 150000 miles and the cummins still ran well. THEN spoke with another front end shop owner and decided to give it one more try after many other shops could not repair it. This shop found that the front end four wheel drive driveshafts at each front wheel were bad. They replaced them and now the truck steers like new. Wanted to share this to save others the frustration and expense of going through what we did to finally solve this.
