I am thinking of getting the Trinity. Just wondering what you mean by weird shifts.

wierd shifts i mean as in like if your cruising and the truck is constantly kicking in and out of 4cylinders and if your cruising and want to speed up how it has to kick out of 4cylinders and into 8...now with mds off and alot better low n mid range power the truck is sooo much smoother and power is always right there

now when i plan a road trip i will retune it with mds on to help save a little gas but around town and back and fourth to work i dont want to deal with MDS vibrations or stutters...its very easy to install the tunes with the trinity..it takes just a couple cycles of the key and maybe 2-3 minutes.

this is great info, i am planning on getting the trinity for my 2012 sport. i had the predater on my 07 ram and it worked great, really like the option to turn off mds, had a bad drone on my 07 with magnaflow before installing the predater. cant wait to get the trinity.

Hey all...new to the forum so; THANK YOU for letting me join!

I just installed the T1000 on my 2012 Ram. I have 3.92's with a 6" and 35's and am not really impressed with the canned tunes at all. I am running the 93 perf with throttle up 15% & Shift points at 5700...noticed a difference in tow/haul mode ~ strong shifts up and down, good throttle response...but the torque management still seems to diminish the "off the line" power. i ran a 7.3L dually with 35's and a 6" lift completely "jacked" and was able to spin the tires at will...i know the hemi wont get to the same level as my 7.3 was without a supercharger and built tranny (Coming soon :-)) however i expected the 93 perf tune to at least allow me to break the tires with TC off. I have heard adn read a lot about Hemifever and i dropped them an email this morning...hopefully they can wake up my beast. Any other insight or ideas are welcome!

I installed a 4" intake and saw a 2MPG gain over the last week, and another 1MPG with the 93 tune ~ 16MGPs now with 35's and a 6" lift...I'll take it!

I'm going to play around with 0-60 stock and 93 and will post some times...again, any insight or ideas are welcome.

Get a hold of hemifever. Not a 100% sure if he is on this forum but I know he is on other ram forums. He can add a custom tune to the trinity's that will get you the most out of your truck and the trinity. Here is a link to his site.

Quick question, Does the T-1000 turn on and off with the key? I assume it does but I can't find an answer. Thanks.

Thanks...I have emailed them as I cannot find a contact phone #. The Trinity has a sleep mode so when it isnt being used it shuts down. Last night it stayed on for a few min after i shut off the truck, i think you can adjust the time for sleep mode...stay tuned I;ll check

All I can say is WOW ~ if the TUNE is 1/2 as good as the service I will be in HEAVEN! I went online and purchased the Hemifever tune ($125) and paid with Paypal. Emailed the contact link with my truck info and my stock tune file....2 1/2 hours later i have my initial tune loaded in my tool and will update the truck for tonights drive home! Stay tuned for a write up...from what i have read this is one mean upgrade over Diablo's canned tunes!
