I used a large utility knife or box cutter.
I carefully scored the line I wanted to cut.
Then I heated the knife with a micro torch and the plastic cut like butter.
This made a perfect cut and no more touch up of the cut required.

They come with the bolts you need and are pretty easy to install.
I just used ramps and had lots of room under the truck.

Anyone know if these will fit a 2013? Id imagine everything is the same as the '13s seem to just be visual updates to the exterior..

I just did this on my 2011 Ram 1500 Laramie and believe me it is easy I didn't even use a ramp. I used the heated knife trick described earlier and it worked great, took me maybe an hour total but I am slow. The bolt heads are 18mm and you need a deep socket, piece of cake.
