Default 22 RT wheel owners - maintenance

Guys who have these wheels, what are you guys doing to keep them looking good? My wheels after normal washing and use have small scratches visible in the sun. I tried paint wax and it does appear to help. Is there anything out there that will refurbish these to looking new? Where should I take these when they get bad to strip the clear coat off, polish and re-clear?
Thanks in advanced!

I use an aluminum wheel polish from Meguires. Has to be applied by hand but the wheels look like chrome when you're done and you can't see the micro scratches. You have to remember the wheels are aluminum and aren't really chrome but polished aluminum. Mothers also has a spray you can use, spray it on then hose off the tire and it gets most of the break dust and road grime off.
