Default Need help with tire size

Im currently running Goodyear 275/65/20s on my 09 Ram, Its 4x4 with a leveling kit. I recently discovered my upper control arms are rubbing the inside sidewall of my tire when I hit a bump or something. I need to buy new tires anyways so I'd like some suggestions on size, I like the height of my current tire and could even go taller, its the width thats the problem. I dont want to use spacers. Thanks for any input.

That seems really odd. Are you certain you are running 275/65/20?? Are you running the stock rims? The stock 20" tires are the same width as what you are running but just one size shorter (275/60/20). On stock rims with 275/65 there is no reason it should be rubbing anything. You should actually be able to run one size wider like a 285/60 or 285/65. Generally it's wider than 285 that becomes a problem for the fourth gen trucks.

You may want to get your truck aligned. My 285/45/22's don't rub anything, and your tire definitely shouldn't be rubbing on the control arm, if anything at full lock you might touch the sway bar. I had that issue with my front left tire, and it was due to improper alignment.
