ok, so I have a couple of questions, ok.
1) What HTC phones were you having issues with?
2) What were the issues?
3) Being a 2011 vehicle, have you had any Uconnect SW updates applied to the vehicle?
4) If not then this is where you want to start. There are 2 updates available for the 2011 vehicles built prior to 6-1-2011 and 1 for vehicles built post 6-1-2011.
Now as for the Motorola phones, I haven't used that phone but I'm sure it will work because I haven't heard of people having problems with it and it's about 1 year old.

Default pairing motorola phone

thanks for your questions
we had the HTC desire it would pair and then lose its pairing after a while'then sometimes the uconnect would say phone not available. at other time it would shut off in mid talk.
so anyway the motorola paired really quick and I was able to call out the first time it loaded my phone book much faster than the Htc.
So at this point it looks good but time will tell
thanks
David

ok, great. Then you should be good. On the Desire, did it have the most current SW version in it? I have tried that phone out for a friend and didn't have any issues with it disconnecting.
