Unhappy electrolysis

Hi All, I`ve change 3 radiator, 3 water pumps and now a heater core I`ve grounded the motor to the chassie with a big ground wire, it runs about 1 to 2 volts reading the water in the radiator checked ground wires but still changing stuff any suggestions would be very helpfull. Thanks...

Distilled water and don't use the already mixed type antifreeze/coolant. Your PH may not be anywhere near 7, and may be full of who knows what's in the water, especially in Cali!!! (Wasn't there a movie about the water out there a few years ago?!!)
