Default '96 with 20s...tire size opinions?

Hey guys, I have a '96 Sport 4x4 (automatic, 3.55 gear)with '06 20s on it. I am in need of some tires really soon. Right now I have a set of 275/60 Goodyears on it but they are right at the wear bars. I am torn between retaining stock height/gears and going with a 275/55 or 285/50 to gain a lil rpm when I tow or swapping gears for 3.92 or 4.10s, and running a 33+/- tire so I am still in the same RPM range I would like to be. Would like some opinions and if anyone has ran these size tires on a 1500 what was your impressions. If anyone has pics of 2nd Gens with 20s I would love to see, for some reason I cant look at any pics in the Gallery and make full size.
