Default Electronic Throttle Control Light Flashing

Hey guys i am very new to this site, lots of great threads already!. I am a proud owner of a 2004 Ram SLT 1500 with the 5.7. This winter i have been running it to a problem when the truck is cold starting (outside temp below minus -20 C) the etc light flashes and the motor cant find a steady idle. this problem stops if the truck is shut off and started again. I do run a mopar cold air intake year round. Any suggestions is much appreciated!

Thanks for your time

This kind of problem really needs professional diagnosis but if you really want to try it yourself, you need to start by pulling codes from the PCM.
