Default leveling kit + bilsteins

2.5inch leveling kit plus bilsteins 5100 adjustables. Is it worth it to get the adjustable 5100s up front with the leveling kit or will more lift hurt the truck? or do i have a little room for adjustment?

You're going to want either the coil spacers OR the 5100s, not both. 5100s will offer a better ride and are adjustable if you want to go down in lift.

The max lift you can do by the coils is about 2.8 which is what the 5100s and others offer. The spacers are usually a bit lower around 2.5.

He has an 06 so the max is 2" vs the 2.8 on the 4th gens

No stacking of these kits.
I mean technically you can use the Bilsteins as well but keep them at zero and use the leveling kit....but there is no point as the Bilsteins levels the truck anyways, so simply go the Bilstein route and nothing else.

so 5100s will lift the front of my truck a little bit more than 2.5inches and have more travel and some what a better ride? Just trying to figure what way i want to go leveling kit plus shock or just 5100s.

You can only get 2" out of those Bilsteins.

Why do you want the shock and level kit?
I'm confused as to what you want to do?
Ate you looking to level your truck via a kit and then set the Bilsteins?

i want to put a 2.5inch leveling kit on, but eventually i would like to put a little bit of a longer shock on, My old truck used to totally extend the shock on some bumps and i dont want to do that on this truck.
