Default 96 5.2 to 95 5.9 swap, need some answers please.

I have a 1996 ram 1500 4x4 with a 5.2 and a 5 speed. Well the 318 is a pooch compared to my 360 and it has 205xxx miles compared to my 360's 30xxx. I am wanting to swap the 5.2 out and the 5.9 in. But my 318 is a 5speed and 360 is an automatic. So i was wandering if either computer will work in the swap, and if i gotta change motor mounts and any other changes i will have to make?

Gen1dak will become famous soon enough

Motor mounts are the same.
You will need to install a pilot bushing in the 5.9's crank for the stick shift.
The sticks' computer will not run the 46RE automatic, if that's what you're using. What year is the 5.9? I know the computer can be reflashed for engine swaps, but transmissions? Not so sure.
