Angry Power steering leak

Hey everyone & happy new year! So I'm under my ram doing an oil change the other day & I noticed there was some grime on the rack & pinion setup passenger side by the boot & hydraulic line fitting are next to the inner tie rod end. I noticed it an oil change or two ago & assumed/ hoped it was just residue from a past drip after a loaded filter went into place. But A-I noticed it was there once before B-the power steering reservoir seems low nearer to the minimum mark & c- I'm extremely anal & you could eat off my hemi ! So anyone else have this issue & if so the 3yr warranty should cover this no?
