Isn't this the method of removing/erasing any volatile memory on the ECU/PCM.

Something very much like this is in the works. I've been in touch with GT (aka Clay, the forum owner) and from what he tells me, it's about ready to launch. FrickenBored will also be involved as well. I don't have all the details yet, but I believe it will be open to site supporters for one on one help with none of the off topic chatter that sometimes makes its way into a thread.

Fantastic idea! It will guarantee I will stay a Supporter.

That said you (and FrickenBored) are always very generous with your time and advice on this forum I do hop, if you go down the road, it is worth your time.

That would be great !!
I thought when the LIVE CHAT was first introduced, it would sort of be like that, it is text based & only be better if it also had duplex voice, sort of like a version of Skype

Another great member to have available for our Radios & Uconnect issues is XSDBS, but he is on a couple other forums & may not have time, i think he also contributes to Mediafire or MOFV

Well I spoke with the dealer today and they swapped out the new cluster and will be arranging delivery of the vehicle tomorrow. I'm not sure if I would rather them ship/tow it or have someone drive it 450 miles here..

With it towed/shipped there's no extra miles and wear, no chance of it being some punk kid beating on it through the pennsylvania/westvirginia mountains for $6 an hour, and farting in my seats

If it's driven out here, there's 450 miles for the problem to re-occur again, with a dealer employee driving it. When they swapped the cluster the first time, everything was fine for 2 days and 200 miles.

In the two weeks I've owned it, the dealer has had posession of it more than I have! I want my truck back...
